Far from an original concept, but a cleanly executed game, nonetheless. Well done.
This game has potential, but the graphics are woeful and the controls are clunky and counterintuitive. I suggest you integrate keyboard commands into the game, to lessen the necessity of so many mouse commands.
This game looks really nice, but isn't all that fun to play. It may just be that I'm a little mentally challenged, but I don't understand what colour one has to be to destroy a pig-this should be much clearer.
Could be a decent game with a little work.
Graphics were clean, game play was neat.
Only criticism I can make is that the game was far too easy.
Put the children back in. I want to blow apart their small, fragile bodies.
That was pretty good apart from the fact that it gave you no time to start at the beginning. Definitely not enough time to move your hands to the arrow keys ready to dodge after clicking play.
Good game though.
That is honestly THE best flash I have ever played, and most likely ever will. Some argue it could be better as a movie, but I have to disagree. I think being able to control the character makes you feel that much more involved, ultimately making the overall experience way more enjoyable.
I was amazed by the quality of this. One of my favourite aspects was the way the game closely related to the music, with you bursting up into the clouds just as that beautiful piano part is heard in the piece.
A work of genius.
My only criticism is the quality of the graphics.
Other than that, a very enjoyable game to play indeed.
The thing I loved most was the integration of the "guitar hold" for the keyboard. A stroke of genius. Made the game that much more fun.
I like it
Surprisingly enough I actually spent longer on this than I do on properly made and completed games. It's strangely entertaining to attempt to move the dragon around it's space as fluidly and realistically as possible.
Great work. What did you use to create it?
I just used flash. =]
and glad you liked it =D I was expecting this to get blammed. I might make a game with it
I liked it!
Ha, I always love reading your "Author Comments", they are excellent.
The game itself is also very good. I don't know what the guy below me is on about, the shark "panching" syncs pretty much perfectly with the beat for me. Maybe he lacks something called rhythm, (or brains) and doesn't understand that you punch the sharks in time with the beat, thus the synchronization is up to you, as the player.
I do however agree with him on that the game would be enhanced by adding sounds for hitting and missing, seeing how there can be a fair bit of confusion during the fast, shredding bits of the songs. Or as you so nicely put it, the "Fucking Rocking HARD, FAST, and KICKING ASS" bits.
Good work with his game, I very much enjoyed it.
